• There are no packets or entry fees for this meet.

ADMISSION TO THE MEET
• Admission to Hayward Field is free. No tickets or credentials are required.

ENTERING AND EXITING THE OVAL AND INFIELD
• All athletes must enter or exit the oval from the gate by the finish line.
• For the safety of everyone, only athletes contesting the event will be permitted inside hammer field.

RUNNING EVENTS INFORMATION
• Athletes in running events may check in for all events at any time BUT NO LATER than 30 minutes before the
scheduled start of the event.
• Athletes in all running events will follow the same protocol. A summary of this process is outlined below.
1. Athletes must report to the Clerks’ table near the finish line NOT later than 5 minutes before the scheduled start of
the event.
2. Athletes will be escorted to the starting line by the Clerks.

COMPETITOR’S BIBS
• There are no competitor’s bibs for this meet.

WARM-UPS
• No warm-ups will be permitted on Hayward Field at any time. Athletes should use the warm-up track located in
the southwest corner of the complex or the artificial turf field behind the West Grandstands.
